By adding a ground floor extension and extending the existing roof space we were able to almost double the floor space within this detached bungalow, without using up much of the existing outside space .

Providing the clients with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor , and an extended refitted kitchen along with additional dining area and garden room on the ground floor.

New windows throughout in Chartwell Green and newly rendered external elevations complete the transformation .
