East Orchard
Before

By adding a ground floor extension and extending the existing roof space we were able to almost double the floor space within this detached bungalow, without using up much of the existing outside space .

Providing the clients with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor , and an extended refitted kitchen along with additional dining area and garden room on the ground floor.

New windows throughout in Chartwell Green and newly rendered external elevations complete the transformation .
Stalbridge Weston
A derelict concrete cow shed converted to provide a large open room and kitchen used as a party or play space , The building also provides additional garaging and storage space . The building is completed with Cedar Cladded external elevations and new slate roof.

The before and after pictures show a disused agricultural building converted to provide a spacious detached family home .
Steel and timber framework provide the structure of the building with insulated roof system and locally sourced larch cladding to the external elevations . Air source heating and solar panels providing an energy efficient home. Internally the build offers spacious and contemporary rooms with a bespoke , helical staircase providing a real focal point .
King Stag
A large brick built extension linking the the existing home to a redundant out building providing additional living space including drawing room, three new bedrooms and new bathroom whilst the old outbuilding provided the perfect space for entertaining and new photography studio. New joinery throughout , hardwood flooring,under floor heating and plain clay tiled roof helped provide a high quality end finish .
